Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

2. Orders cannot be cancelled once the parcel has been handed over to our shipping partners.

3. Return or replacement requests for damaged items will be accepted only with a proper 360-degree unboxing video recorded on the day of delivery.

4. Unpacked or crop or parcel after opening videos are not accepted as valid proof.

5. Videos submitted after 24 hours from the delivery time will not be considered.
